Our team at Blue Ridge Design and Development spends months formulating the perfect floorplan with the best features for our upscale homes. With no corner cut, we take extreme measures to ensure that the homes we build are truly the best homes while keeping quality, livability, functionality, and aesthetic at the top of our list. Trends change everyday, so our team stays on top of the "ins" and "outs" of the construction industry, striving to be one step ahead of the game with every home we build.
Family
If we had to choose one word to describe Blue Ridge Design and Development, it would be family. Truly. The owner and founder, Andy Martin, started this business in 2000. After exploring many different avenues, Andy decided building was the right path for him and he's never turned back. Fast forward to 2019, Andy brought his daughter, Mariyah, in to assist with some small items. However, this part-time position quickly turned full-time when Mariyah discovered her corresponding passion for building and home services. Every team member that is a part of Blue Ridge Design and Development has also been brought on as a member of our family. We have built this foundation on family, and will continue to do so for many years to come!
In 2015, Andy saw a need for another service, home inspections. In classic Andy style, he found out how to do it and then started that side business, which again quickly turned into it's own entity with it's own team, Blue Ridge Home Inspections. Mariyah and Andy are both still super involved in the home inspection company, focusing on providing the best service just as we focus on providing the best homes!

Blue Ridge Design and Development has been building homes since 2000, specializing in exclusive homes on handpicked land. We spend an extensive amount of time studying the locations along with the home plans themselves, ensuring we are providing the best quality homes in great locations! Right now, we are focusing on mountain modern homes along with some quality craftsman style homes in two locations!
Collectively, we have 40 years of experience, ranging from different construction trades, customer service, and management. We are a small business with a smaller team, but each team member brings with them extreme motivation, experience, and a desire to provide the best quality homes in North Georgia!
