President

Andy Martin

Andy is the founder of Blue Ridge Design and Development. With years of trade experience, Andy decided to start his own building company in 2000 and never looked back. With hundreds of homes under his belt, he takes pride in his work and the quality of the homes he produces.

Co-Developer

Mariyah Martin

Mariyah works very closely with Andy as his Co-Developer. She has an extensive background in customer service and business management. Mariyah has grown up in the industry, as Andy is her dad. She is super grateful to be following in her father's footsteps in construction and can't wait to see where this path leads her.

Construction Supervisor

Nick Whittemore

Nick is Andy's right hand man and has been with us for many years. He has an extensive background in construction and multiple trades. Nick works tirelessly to ensure our homes are built to our high standards. He takes great pride in his work, which makes him the perfect team member here at BRDD!
