Cold Springs is Blue Ridge Design and Development's exclusive subdivision in Ellijay, GA. In three phases, we plan to build out this subdivision with the timeline being around 3-5 years for completion. Currently, we are working on building single-family craftsman style homes. With lot sizes spanning from 1.5 to 5 acres, Cold Springs provides a sense of privacy while being in a seamless and thought out community.
